FAIRTRADE coffee with a strong hint of caraway. This is the coffee used for the celebrations of seeing the sun for the first time after the long days of winter.

Ingredients

2 heaped table spoons FAIRTRADE Coffee Beans
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
to taste FAIRTRADE sugar
to taste cream or milk
FAIRTRADE Sources
Sugar
Coffee

Method

Preparation
Put the beans and seeds into a coffee grinder, and grind to your desired fineness.
Cooking
Make filter coffee or cafetiere coffee in the usual way.

To serve

With FAIRTRADE sugar as needed.
