Method
Preparation
Peel the onion and spring onions and grate into a dish.
Peel the garlic and crush into the dish.
Heat the wine to near boiling and add to the onion mix. Stir.
Add the juice of the lemon and blend using a food mixer.
Adjust the salt and pepper to taste.
To serve
Serve chilled.
